Re: Documents created from mail merge won't print. When the DYMO Web Service is running it would show the printer in the debug-section of the settings-page. Do I need to provide an example of a document which is not working correctly when printing and saving? I have not problem until I try printing. If it is, your visualization will work fine.

Word always updates some fields automatically when a document is printed or previewed, even if the Update fields option is turned off. Best regards, Bart When printing Avery 5160 or other labels or reports where the position of the items on the page is important, be sure the printout is not scaled or reduced in any way, otherwise the labels may not line up to the printed text correctly when the document comes out of the printer. A work around fix is to make a screen shot jpg of the top of the page and bottom of the page, then paste those on to a new blank page in Word or Writer and if you did a good job of lining up the jpg's, you can print a 5160 label page.

You must add this rule to each of the blank labels in your template – except the first one. (In Word 2007 click the Office button and then click Word Options. Labels are jammed in the cutter or are not ejected correctly after printing. Otherwise, your printing will not be printed at the actual size and won’t align properly to the product. Made sure that the default page formatting was at A4. Tab "Column" Preferred Width checked, set to 3.9 cm and Measure in Centimeters.

In Excel, select the column that contains the ZIP Code/Postal Code field. The labels do print but are not within the label stickers. To find this, go to: Tools > Letters and Mailings. The easy and permanent fix is to get labels that are laid out correctly, if yours are not. isn't big enough on the template (0.51"), I tried correcting it (0.66") but the labels below still won't come out correctly.

Try uninstalling & re-installing (preferably with the latest drivers from the maker's website). After that, please check if all data labels show. It is indeed not possible to “add” your own printer. I have tried both 2.4 & 3.0 on winxp with the same results. Sheet1 I tried so many ways and nothing worked.
